With us the largest room of the WG is released!!
It offers you plenty of design space for whatever you like to do :)
Xenia (the pre-rent) has used the space for creative work or yoga, for example, and has tasted the free space with many plants.
The room has two large windows and is very advantageously cut to set it up with your furniture.
It is handed over partially furnished. Xenia would leave your wardrobe for free.

We live in a duplex apartment, i.e. over two floors, which brings together quite a lot of living space. There is a large open kitchen with couch that forms the main common area. We've got two bathrooms, so we're getting a little bit out in the morning.
There's a cleaning plan, he's very good.

You live in the quiet part of the Neckarstadt-West, but within a few minutes you are in the middle of action: look forward to the Neckarwiese, the Alte Feuerwache, the Capitol and the exciting street theatre. To the new market including kiosk, old folk bath, green area and Café Rost it is just down the street and to the stop Carl-Benz-Straße it is 5 minutes. up the street. You are with Öffis (1, 2, 3, 60) and bicycle within 15 minutes at the university and at the station. Döner and Falafel can be found at every corner and supermarkets at every second;)

In the WG we like to sit together in the kitchen, chat and drink a tea or delicious beer. We also like to cook together and show our favorite music.
In the evening, we like to play a round of Mario Kart or it beats us into the Jungbusch. In the coming months, we would love to throw a WG party and we would be happy if you were to have it;)
In our WG, however, there are also calmer days and always the possibility to withdraw.

In the following we would like to introduce ourselves to you:

Carl (22): is educated for the last semester, educated by the profession and currently studies sociology. He listens mainly to HipHop, Indie and electronic music. Carl likes to kick delicious beer and the noise in autumn on dried leaves. He loves Arte Dokus and his friend Sarah, who sometimes looks in the WG.

Daniel (21): Teaching Student (Music and Philosophy/Ethics), with him a lot is about classical music, jazz and EDM. When he is finished learning and playing piano, he likes to eat Nuremberg from the microwave and enjoys the time for himself alone; or he is for baptism :D
From time to time he likes to sit or watch Darts ^^

Simon (25): studies clinical psychology in the master. You can often find him in the kitchen try out new recipes. If Simon isn't cooking, you'll find him at volleyball, kickboxing or at the gym. Carl was already persuaded by him to the gym, maybe you like 😉. Otherwise, it is always to have a glass of aperol (or also two).

We understand our community as a retreat where everyone can feel comfortable. Therefore, any forms of exclusion or discrimination have no place in us.
