The room is rectangular with 2 windows towards the west.
It is 20sqm tall has wooden floor and high ceilings.
The room is completely unfurnished.

As you can probably see, the shower is separated from the toilet, which is very convenient to not get so easily in the morning.
Theoretically we have a tumble dryer, which is currently but defective.
We also have a small basement compartment and a small backyard where space could be for your bike.

The apartment is located in the Mannheimer Scene District Jungbusch, here are countless bars, cafes and restaurants.
You're going out the door, around the corner, and you're right in the action. There is also a good railway connection to the stops Dalbergstraße or Rheinstraße, both of which can be reached in less than 5 minutes walk. The penny to which you also have a pleasantly short walk serves as a perfect shopping opportunity nearby. The Neckar meadows are also not far away, which is great especially in summer.

As Vera leaves us soon, we are looking for a new member for our WG.
Louisa, Nadja and Dennis (and 2 cats) live in the WG.
Louisa is studying at the pop academy in the first semester and enjoys music in her free time. On weekends she is often not in the WG because she then puts on parties or clubs.
Nadja is physiotherapist and the main responsibility for cats.
She works 4 days a week, likes cooking and enjoys sports.
Dennis studied philosophy and VWL at the University. If he isn't at learning or watching series, he is on the go with friends or at the gym.

The WG together is relatively fresh, as Luisa and Dennis are only moved in September.
Up to now, WG has worked well.
