The apartment is located in a sweet house right next to the Café Rost in the Neckarstadt-West. So just one step in front of the front door for a delicious coffee. Sounds good, doesn't it? ‡

You are from the apartment in 5 min at the Neckar (for walking, picnic, jogging,... perfect) and in 15 min in the city... and on foot:)
The apartment is located in a nice side street on the central road, so all supermarkets, two tram stops, NextBike station and shops can be reached quickly.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem süßen Haus direkt neben dem Café Rost in der Neckarstadt-West. Also nur einen Schritt vor die Haustür für einen leckeren Kaffee. Klingt gut oder? 🌞

Du bist von der Wohnung aus in 5 min am Neckar (zum Spazieren, Picknicken, Joggen,... perfekt) und in 15 min in der Stadt... und das zu Fuß :)
Die Wohnung liegt in einer netten Seitenstraße an der Mittelstraße, dementsprechend sind alle Supermärkte, zwei Tram Haltestellen, NextBike Station und Läden schnell zu erreichen.

Your future roommates are Lucy, Jacob, Tommy and Carla:


Lucy is 22 years old and makes her training a trade specialist at Engelhorn. She loves coffee or even shorlesions and is to have for almost every nonsense.

Jacob is 24 years old and has been living in the WG since October. He does his master's in management at the University of Mannheim. He loves to go to good coffee and discover new cafes. He regularly goes to sports and likes to make music. He is also available for every gossip about fashion, fun series and everyday problems in the kitchen.

Tommy's 22 years old. He studies VWL at the University of Mannheim. In his free time he likes to play football and is socially involved. If he's not on the football field, he's going to be in the Jungbusch.

Carla is 20 years old and studies psychology. She likes to do sports (use the university sport max. out) and is regularly dancing:)) She's always happy about company when you have to go with her. Otherwise she likes to read, paint here and there, go for a walk and discover new spots in Mannheim. She is always present at good Latin, African or Techno events:)


It is important to us that all feel well and we have an uncomplicated and family life together. We do not want a purpose WG and are open to joint Netflix evenings, joint cooking, excursions to the young bush and above all sports activities. However, everyone should be able to live out their fixed everyday life as he / she wants. If we are in a period of clandestine or something else, we are relaxed about this and we also need some rest and time for ourselves.

Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind, Lucy, Jacob, Tommy und Carla:


Lucy ist 22 Jahre alt und macht ihre Ausbildung zur Handelsfachwirtin bei Engelhorn. Sie liebt Kaffee- oder auch Schorlesessions und ist für fast jeden Blödsinn zu haben.

Jacob ist 24 Jahre alt und lebt seit Oktober in der WG. Er macht an der Uni Mannheim seinen Master in Management. Er liebt es guten Kaffee trinken zu gehen und neue Cafés zu entdecken. Er geht regelmäßig zum Sport und macht gerne Musik. Außerdem ist er für jeden Tratsch über Fashion, lustige Serien und Alltagsproblemchen in der Küche zu haben.

Tommy ist 22 Jahre alt. Er studiert VWL an der Uni Mannheim. In seiner Freizeit spielt er gerne Fußball und engagiert sich sozial. Wenn er nicht gerade auf den Fußballfeld steht, taumelt er im Jungbusch herum.

Carla ist 20 Jahre alt und studiert Psychologie. Sie macht sehr gerne Sport (nutz den Hochschulsport max. aus) und ist regelmäßig beim Tanzen:)) Sie freut sich immer über Gesellschaft, wenn du Bock hast mitzugehen. Ansonsten liest sie gerne, malt hier und da mal was, geht spazieren und entdeckt noch neue Spots in Mannheim. Sie ist immer bei guten Latin, Afro oder Techno Events dabei :)


Es ist uns wichtig, dass sich alle Wohl fühlen und wir ein unkompliziertes und familiäres Zusammenleben haben. Wir wollen keine Zweck-WG und sind offen für gemeinsame Netflix-Abende, gemeinsames Kochen, Ausflüge in den Jungbusch und vor allem sportliche Aktivitäten. Jeder soll dennoch seinen festen Alltag so ausleben können wie er/sie das möchte. Wenn mal Klausurenphase ist oder etwas anderes ansteht, sind wir diesbezüglich entspannt und benötigen auch selbst mal ein bisschen Ruhe und Zeit für uns.
