The room is about 9sqm and has a window to the south side. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a seating. There is a washing machine and washing machine. The balcony is accessible from the kitchen, as well as from one of the other rooms and is shared. There are seating and a barbecue. We also plant the balcony every year with flowers and herbs. We have a basement compartment that can also be used.

The WG is located in a multi-family house in Hugstetten, a village behind Landwasser, Freiburg. The train takes about 10 minutes to the Freiburg Main Station. Hugstetten Train Station is approx. 5 minutes, shopping is also within walking distance. You can also easily reach Freiburg by bike. The WG is located near the tribulation, where you can spend your time very well in summer. In the courtyard there is a parking space that can be used.

Your two future roommates, Niko and Daniel, are very relaxed. Niko has just delivered his master thesis and Daniel works at the University of Freiburg. Since both are on the way during the day, you will meet for a chat, grill and drink beer/wine from time to time. But this is not a must and everyone likes to spend time in their own room.

The warm rental is 300€, this already includes Wi-Fi.
We look forward to a person who is open and relaxed and optimally brings WG experience. The start of the rental would be January.

Our landlord needs either a proof of income from you or someone who can guarantee you.
