20 qm modernes WG-Zimmer

Das Zimmer ist 20qm groß, teilmöbliert, modern ausgestattet, hat einen eigenen Zugang zu einer großen Balkon/Terrasse und ab sofort zu vermieten.
Das Zimmer ist mit dunklem Parkettboden versehen und im Winter hast du den Luxus, eine Fußbodenheizung zu besitzen.
Zudem ist das Zimmer mit einem Wandschrank und einem Hochbett ausgestattet wodurch du mega viel Platz einsparen kannst.

The room is the biggest in the House. It says 20 sqm but it is definitely bigger. The Room has a big closet, Hochbett, Regalen and the best part you have a HUGE ass terrace that is shared with the room next to yours. Big Windows, good sunlight, fancy wooden floors/tiles and a high ceiling. The terrace is so big, you could literally throw a party there, there is a part of the terrace that is roofed so I imagine we can create a small area for chilling when the weather is good. The space has a lot of potential for decorating with plants and grilling.

The bed is a bit high but that leaves a lot of space for decorating and shaping the room. there is already a Matratze in the bed which is cool. The room is ready for living.

Another awesome thing about this place is that there are two bathrooms ( one with shower ) and a huge fancy Shower Room with a hot tub and a super shower. The shower room is so big you can also throw a party there. 🥳


The only things that are not included in the in the rent are the electricity, Wlan and Trash tax so we pay for that with the Nebenkosten.

Merzhausen is not a part of Freiburg ( We learned that now while trying to do the Anmeldung in the Rathaus of Freiburg and they told us we had to go to the Rathaus of Merzhausen ). Despite that it is 15 mins away with the bike to the city center, the bus connections will take you to the HBF in 15 mins tops. We like the Area a lot because you can see the mountains from the terrace and there are a lot of options for buying groceries less than 5 minutes away ( Aldi, Rewe, Alnatura) and there is a REWE right infront of the apartment. You can literally go buy Onions and beer/wine at 21:59 Uhr just by going downstairs. That is awesome because you can do the groceries there and you dont have to carry any big heavy bags because the house is just right there.

The rooms are pretty dope, the apartment is also dope so we also want to fill the spaces with cool people. this place has a big potential for becoming a real HOME. Life is too short to live with people you don't get along with and now we have the chance to give shape to this home. That is why we are looking for good people. We don't care if you are a student or you are already working, We don't care where you are from or what languages you speak. We don't care about your diet or political interests, or however you label yourself. We only care that you have a good soul and you are willing to create a home here.

There is a lot to be done here and lot of space for creativity so come with an open mind.

When we're not working we cook, bake, drink, chill, watch movies/series and know things.
