Das Zimmer ist groß (21qm) und hell mit einem schönen Erker und hohen Decken.
Die Möbel auf den Bildern werden nicht mit vermietet.
Das Zimmer liegt in Richtung Osten und morgens scheint die Sonne herein.
Durch das Große Fenster ist es auch immer schön hell.
Die Gardinen würde ich bei Bedarf kostenlos im Zimmer hängen lassen.
Alles was man braucht ist zu Fuß im Maximal 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Lidl, Mensa und die meisten Gebäude der Hochschule sind nur ca. 7 Minuten entfernt.
Der Markt ist auch nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Der Bahnhof ist ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, allerdings fährt auch ein Bus.
Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Haus.
Es handelt sich um eine 3er WG, wobei ein Mitbewohner nur ganz selten da ist. Deswegen ist es eher eine entspannte 2er WG.
Es ist mehr eine Zweck-WG und jeder lebt und kocht für sich.
Jeder hat hier seine Privatsphäre.
Die 332€ sind die Gesamtkosten in denen Internet, Gas und Strom schon enthalten sind.
Eine eigene Waschmaschine befindet sich in der Wochnung in einem separaten Raum.
Der Keller ist sehr Groß und bietet genug platz um Sachen zu verstauen.
