Hallo! Da ich leider aus Mittweida wegziehe, suche ich einen Nachmieter für mein WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist ca. 9 m² groß, hat eine hohe Decke und frisch gestrichene Wände. Auch gibt ein großes Fenster. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, aber das Bett kann auf Wunsch gerne für 60 Euro übernommen werden (ohne Matratze). Es verfügt über zwei ausziehbare Schubladen, die sehr praktisch zur Aufbewahrung sind. WLAN und LAN-Kabel sind im Zimmer.
Das erste Bild zeigt das Zimmer vor meinem Einzug, die restlichen den aktuellen Zustand.
In der WG haben wir eine Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine. Es ist eine dreier WG mit zwei netten Mitbewohnern.
Die WG liegt sehr zentral, sodass alles Wichtige schnell erreichbar ist: Uni, Mensa und Bibliothek sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Einkaufen sind Lidl und Simmel keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und auch Rossmann sowie weitere Geschäfte in der Innenstadt sind auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Wer gerne auswärts isst, hat ebenfalls viele Optionen: Pizzerien, Dönerläden und ein leckeres Asia-Fusion-Restaurant sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
