A 12m2 room, clear, with a wooden floor, at the 1st floor of a spacious three storey house dating from 1920, with a nice and quiet garden surrounded by trees. Independant bathroom/toilet next to the room to be shared with the other student. Access to dining room, kitchen and garden. Kitchen open on the garden. Two cats.

Very easy transport connection and many facilities : 2 subway stops from Paris/East: line 9 Croix de Chavaux, direct Nation (10') Opéra/République (25’). Velib’ parking. The area is very central, within 5' at the border of the city and wood of Vincennes( subway line 1 and RER train A) with also two big parks around and all shops, cinema, restaurants, bars, etc. A supermarket, bakery, italian restaurant and wine bar across the house.
I have a list of the most interesting places around the house.

I look for a serious, but open and independant person. I used work in the cultural field and I am quite concerned and active towards environnement. I will be pleased to share the interesting places to see in Paris and around : exhibitions, hikes around Paris (many beautiful rivers, castles, forests within a few miles and accessible by train etc) I enjoy sharing conversations or a meal but it is not an obligation. I had many different nationalities those last years and appreciate exchanges. French and English spoken.

This room can be rented from mi-June until end of August. I can rent it for 2 weeks (minimum) : write me for prices.
