Dein Zimmer hat eine große Matraze (aber kein Bettgestell) und einen großen Schrank für Kleidung. Außerdem steht ein Tischkicker in der Ecke, den du gerne nutzen kannst. Das Zimmer ist groß und gut geschnitten und hat auch ein großes Fenster mit Rollläden.
Die Wohnung an sich hat 3 Zimmer, 1 Klo, 1 Bad und Küche mit Spülmaschiene. 1 Zimmer ist ein großes Wohn-Ess-Zimmer.
Perfekte Lage an der Station :"Moosach", U Bahn/Tram/Bus/S-Bahn sind 1-5 Minuten entfernt. Ruhige Lage an keiner Hauptstraße. Nur die Tram fährt direkt ander Wohnung vorbei. Mit dem Fahrrad bs du in 15-20 Minuten an 3 Baggerseen. Bäcker, Aldi, Apotheke und weitere Läden sind in der direkten Umgebung und auch in 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Ich arbeite tagsüber und stehe um 6 Uhr Morgens auf. Wenn ich sonst nicht unterwegs bin, genieße die Zeit in meinem Wohnzimmer. Ich suche eine ruhige Person, die nicht raucht, die in der Wohnung keine Party veranstalltet und Rücksicht auf die Nachbarn nimmt. Ansonsten bin ich offen für ein gemeinsames WG-Leben und hoffe wir verstehen uns gut.
