ich bin Matthias, 45 Jahre alt und bin Diplom-Informatiker. Ich bewohne mein Einfamilienhaus (BJ 2005) in Dornwang - mit Blick zu BMW; meine Jungs (13 und 16) sind jedes Wochenende da. Ich könnte im Haus sofort ein oder auch zwei Zimmer (EG oder OG) frei machen, wo noch jemand wohnen könnte. Bett und Schrank sind da. Besonderes Schmankerl im Haus ist mein Fitness-Raum, der natürlich auch benutzt werden kann. Küche, Bad (Dusche und Badewanne), WLAN (100 Mbit) sind vorhanden. Stellplatz ebenfalls. Ich gehe meist um elf ins Bett und stehe um halb sieben auf.
Das Haus ist in einer sehr ruhigen und geordneten Wohnlage. Ringsum sind ganz viele Familien in ihren Einfamilienhäusern.
Ich bin 45 Jahre und mache gerne Sport (Golf, Radfahren, Schwimmen, Walken, Billard, Fitness). Brett- und Kartenspiele mache ich auch gerne. Zwischen 23:00 Uhr und 06:00 Uhr wünsche ich Nachtruhe.
Rauchen im Haus ist nicht erwünscht, vor der Tür ist das kein Problem.
