We offer student accommodation (WG-Zimmer) in our privately owned and managed 3 student houses in Duisburg (Neudorf) and Mülheim.

Official rental contract and documents for Anmeldung are provided.
Each WG-room will be provided to the tenant fully furnished:

The kitchen is provided with all the necessary equipment.
