Glockenbachviertel, available from Feb 1.
The apartment is located in a highly desirable area, surrounded by popular bars, cafes, and other establishments. It's the perfect place to live if you enjoy the city's vibrant energy. The available bedroom is cozy and comfortable, with ample natural light.
The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the Isar river, where you can enjoy a morning jog or an evening walk. It's also just a 15-minute walk from the famous Deutsches Museum, and near Fraunhoferstr.(U1, U2,U7,U8) And walking distance from Sendlinger Tor (U3,U6 plus the lines above)
We are two working professionals looking for a third roommate who is easy-going, friendly, and tidy.
One of us is Indian, and the other is French.
The room is bigger than the two other rooms. It is 25sq.m, it has two sofas as well, so you can invite many guests and spend nice social evenings. The bed is convertible to a Sofa, there's a cupboard and there are two additional chairs.
