Ich biete mein schönes Zimmer zur ZWISCHENMIETE an und freue mich auf eure Anfragen. Das Zimmer liegt in einem angesagten Viertel mit großartiger Atmosphäre. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend, sodass ihr schnell und bequem überall hinkommt. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung findet ihr zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch ein Schwimmbad ist nicht weit entfernt und bietet perfekte Möglichkeiten zur Freizeitgestaltung.
Ihr werdet die Wohnung mit Raphael (19, Physikstudent) und Fiona (23, Praktikantin) teilen. Beide sind super freundlich und offen, und die Atmosphäre in der WG ist sehr angenehm und gemeinschaftlich. Wenn ihr auf der Suche nach einem gemütlichen Zimmer in toller Lage seid und euch über nette Mitbewohner freut, meldet euch gerne bei mir!
