Hi,
We are looking for a new roomate for our WG starting from the beginning of February :)
The house is located in a quiet, green and safe residential area. The metro stop (U6) is about 8 minutes away on foot. A bus stop can be reached in 3 minutes. There are many shops nearby (Penny, Edeka, Rewe, Rossman, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.).
It takes about 20 minutes to get to the city centre by public transport.
The room is 16m2 and it is in the basement, nevertheless it has a window, and it is partly furnished (bed, desk & chair, there is no closet yet but the Landlord will order it from IKEA).
The house is big, and it also has a laundry room as well as dinning/living room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with shower, one with only a toilet). And it will be shared with Sofia (27 Portuguese), Alberto (26 Spanish) & Joao (28 Portuguese).
As a WG we are more than flatmates, we are friends, and for this reason we like to cook and organise dinner together, hiking and other activities outside of work. We are looking for someone who has the same interests.
We are all very relaxed and we would rather tell you about us in person than leave a biography here.
