Die Fürstenrieder Straße liegt in Laim, also eher westlich von München und ist äußerst gut angebunden. Die U-Bahn (U5 Laimer Platz) ist direkt vor der Tür und derzeit wird die Tram ausgebaut. Unter der Wohnung befindet sich direkt ein Bäcker und direkt gegenüber sind Einkaufsmöglichkeit für jeglichen Bedarf zu finden (DM, ALDI, REWE, Apotheke, Restaurants, Metzger, Penny, Tchibo, Edeka). Zudem gibt es auch verschiedene Essensmöglichkeiten, Fahrradläden, Sonnenstudio und vieles mehr.
Das besonders schöne ist, dass obwohl man sich an der Fürstenrieder befindet, man vor dem Fenster Bäume hat. Genügend Grünfläche gibt es direkt ums Eck, wo man sich im Sommer einfach mal im Park entspannen kann.
Der Marienplatz ist mit der U5 22min entfernt, zum Hauptbahnhof braucht man mit der U5 lediglich 10min und zum Stachus 15min.
Zum Westpark sowie zum Hirschgarten braucht man mit dem Fahrrad nicht mal mehr 10 min und zur Theresienwiese sind es genau 20min. Mit der U5 ist man sogar in 6min an der Haltestelle Theresienwiese.
Für alle Studierende egal an welcher Hochschule oder Universität in München ist der Standort der Wohnung ideal.

Fürstenrieder Straße is located in Laim, which is on the western side of Munich, and it's super well connected. The U-Bahn (U5 Laimer Platz) is right in front of the building, and they're currently expanding the tram network. There’s a bakery directly under the apartment, and you’ll find everything you need nearby, like DM, ALDI, REWE, a pharmacy, restaurants, butcher shops, Penny, Tchibo, and Edeka. Plus, there are plenty of food spots, bike shops, tanning studios, and more.
What’s really nice is that even though it’s on Fürstenrieder Straße, you have trees in front of the window. There are also green spaces right around the corner where you can chill in the park during summer.
Marienplatz is just 22 minutes away with the U5, and the main station (Hauptbahnhof) is only 10 minutes. You can get to Stachus in 15 minutes.
If you’re up for some outdoor vibes, it takes less than 10 minutes by bike to get to Westpark or Hirschgarten. The Theresienwiese (where Oktoberfest happens) is 20 minutes by bike or just 6 minutes on the U5.
No matter which university or college you're studying at in Munich, this location is ideal.
