The apartment has three rooms for rent. Two rooms (16m2) with a balcony and one smaller room (11m2) without a balcony. The big rooms are for 1200€ each and the small room is for 1000€.
The entire apartment has been completely renovated and is now to be rented out as a shared flat.
All three rooms are furnished and have a bed (1.40), closet, desk, chair, and mirror. The rooms can of course be personalized.
There is a spacious, brightly tiled bathroom with a shower, washing machine, washbasin, and toilet.
An inviting hallway leads to the open kitchen-living room where you can sit together, cook and play games. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, and a large refrigerator.

Die Fürstenrieder Straße liegt in Laim, also eher westlich von München und ist äußerst gut angebunden. Die U-Bahn ist direkt vor der Tür und derzeit wird die Tram ausgebaut. Unter der Wohnung befindet sich direkt ein Bäcker und in näherer Umgebung sind Einkaufsmöglichkeit für jeglichen Bedarf zu finden (DM, ALDI, REWE, Apotheke, Restaurants, Metzger, Penny, Tchibo, Edeka). Zudem gibt es auch verschiedene Essensmöglichkeiten, Fahrradläden, Sonnenstudio und vieles mehr.
Das besonders schöne ist, dass obwohl man sich an der Fürstenrieder befindet, man vor dem Fenster Bäume hat. Genügend Grünfläche gibt es direkt ums Eck, wo man sich im Sommer einfach mal im Park entspannen kann.
Der Marienplatz ist mit dem Fahrrad genauso wie mit der Bahn 25min entfernt. Zum Westpark sowie zum Hirschgarten braucht man nicht mal mehr 10 min und zur Theresienwiese sind es genau 20min mit dem Fahrrad.
Für alle Studierende egal an welcher Hochschule oder Universität in München ist der Standort der Wohnung ideal.

Fürstenrieder Strasse is located in Laim, to the west of Munich, and is extremely well connected. The subway is right outside the door and the streetcar is currently being extended. There is a bakery directly below the apartment and shopping facilities for all needs are in the immediate vicinity (DM, ALDI, REWE, pharmacy, restaurants, butcher, Penny, Tchibo, Edeka). There are also various food outlets, bike stores, tanning salons and much more.
The particularly nice thing is that although you are on Fürstenrieder, you have trees outside the window. There is plenty of green space just around the corner, where you can simply relax in the park in summer.
Marienplatz is 25 minutes away by bike as well as by train. Westpark and Hirschgarten are less than 10 minutes away and Theresienwiese is exactly 20 minutes by bike.
The location of the apartment is ideal for all students, regardless of which college or university in Munich.
