I am going on a long holiday, and I would like to sublet my room to a clean and trustworthy person.
Dates are flexible, and price is negotiable. My roommate will also be gone during the christmas period but would be back in January; he is a grat roommate to have.
The flat is located in the heart of the city center, in the Maxvorstadt district, which is ideal because all amenities are within a few minutes' walk. The U2 Theresienstr. metro line and buses are just a couple of minutes away.
There is also a small storage room, a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing and drying machine.
I prefer to have a girl, but everyone is welcome to apply as long as it is a clean, and responsible person. I look forward to your messages :)
The apartment is located in the popular Maxvorstadt district and is the best location for those who work in the center of Munich or just want to live in the heart of the city.
Supermarkets, restaurants and all kinds of shops are just a few minutes' walk away on Augustenstr.
The apartment is very well connected, U2 Theresienstr. and buses 154 and 153 are only a couple of minutes away.
