Heey heey,
I am subletting a cozy, centrally located apartment for *one month*. Currently, there are three of us living here. I will be away on summer holidays, which is why I am offering my place for sublet. The room is nicely furnished and part of a 3-room apartment.
A few details: We are a friendly group of guys aged 29 to 34. Everyone is currently employed, so it’s definately *not a party flat**. We have a weekly cleaning schedule that you’ll need to follow. We only accept *clean and responsible people*. The rent includes all utilities (hot water, heating, internet, electricity...). Unfortunately, there’s no option to extend the stay beyond this period, as I’ll be returning.
The room available is a single room for one person. The U-Bahn Stiglmaierplatz station (U1) is just a minute away, and there are several supermarkets nearby. Please note that it’s a *non-smoking WG* (shared apartment), and *KVR registration is not possible*.
