After a year, I’m leaving our WG to move into a new flat and am looking for someone to take over my room for the next 3 months, potentially longer. The building is suppossed to be renovated in April 2025, but there is a chance this will be postponed. In that case the room will be available for longer/until the end of the new flat contract.

The room will be rented furnished with a bed, wardrobe, couch and two shelves with a lot of storage space (everything seen on the photos except plants, lamps and deko). In case of renting the room for longer, I would sell all furniture for a fee of 150€.

Amazing location in Maxvorstadt close to Pinakotheken, uni and city centre. A lot of cafes, restaurants, shops, bakeries, pharmacies etc. in 5 min walking distance. U2 Theresienstrasse and tram stop Sandstrasse 5 min away. The building is in the inner yard and thus very quiet.

You will be living with Flo, climber and aero engineer, Alma, chemical engineer, and Alma‘s cat Toprak. We all have different schedules, but we do meet each other for a meal or a chat in the kitchen every now and then. Since we have a cat in our WG, you obviously should be fine with that and have no allergy. Otherwise it‘s important for us that you keep the flat clean and are respectful towards others.

Fell free to text me if you need more info. We plan to organize viewings in person or per video call by the end of the week. We can discuss the move in date, but I would prefer first half of January. I got the new flat also on a short notice, that‘s why the last minute ad.
