The house is super spacious, has three floors. One big living room with sofas, one kitchen with all you need, and lots of storage rooms in the basement. There are three bathrooms and two showers. The house is always quite clean and organized. A huge garten with lovely plants and trees.

Your room will be the only bedroom on the ground floor of the house. The available furniture includes a shelf, chair, table, sofa bed, and a large built-in closet.

The house is 3 minutes walking distance from the U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Bus station, and Tram. 20 minutes to Marienplatz with S-Bahn or U-Bahn. All kinds of supermarket (Edeka, Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, Kaufland) is walking distance 3-10 minutes far.

We want someone who is open and likes to spend time together! Females are preferred to maintain a gender balance in the WG;)

You have to be clean and stay organized.

The room will be sublet from me from February to March/April (no registration), and from April/May onward, you have the possibility to take over the official contract for the long term (with registration). If you stay long term, you may need to take over the furniture as well.

It’s also possible to move in earlier than February 1st if needed!

The total monthly rent will increase by 20€ starting in April, bringing it to 640€.
