Das private Bad ist groß und hell und mit Dusche, Toilette und Waschbecken ausgestattet.

Das Dachgeschoß ist Teil eines charmanten 50ger Jahre Reihenhauses, mit Garten, welcher mit genutzt werden kann, sofern auch ab und zu ein wenig bei der Gartenpflege mitgeholfen wird.
Küche und Essbereich werden wir gemeinsam nutzen.

Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung in Planegg ist sehr gut. Mit der S-Bahn ist der Hauptbahnhof in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Zudem sind U 3 + U6, gut mit Bus erreichbar. Zu den Max Planck Instituten in Martinsried, gibt es eine direkte Busverbindung.
Parkplätze in Hausnähe sind auch verfügbar.

Planegg is perfectly connected to Munich city center with S-Bahn and with U-Bahn from Klinikum Großhadern + Fürstenried West. In case you have a car, parking is very easy in the area.
