Der WG ist ein angenehmes Miteinander sehr wichtig, sodass jeder sich wohl fühlen kann. Es wird sehr viel Wert auf sauberkeit gelegt und ein Putzplan eingehalten
Die Einrichtung der Zimmer (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schränke) kann gegen eine kleine Ablöse von den Vormietern übernommen werden.
Vermietet werden sollen die Zimmer ab 01.01.2025.
Besichtigungen können leider nur vor Ort stattfinden, sodass sich aktuelle und zukünftige Bewohner kennenlernen können.

It is very important for the roommates in the shared apartment to have a pleasant atmosphere so that everyone can feel comfortable. Great importance is attached to cleanliness and a cleaning schedule is adhered to
The furnishings of the rooms (bed, desk, cupboards) can be taken over by the previous tenants for a small fee.
The rooms will be available for rent from January 1st, 2025.
Unfortunately, viewings can only take place on site so that current and future residents can get to know each other.
