Hallo zusammen,
in unserer bunten 8er-WG wird ein Zimmer frei! Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 m² groß, hell und unmöbliert, sodass du es nach deinem Geschmack einrichten kannst. Es hat ein großes Fenster, durch das viel Tageslicht hereinkommt.
Zur WG und Wohnung:
Unsere WG besteht aus acht Leuten aus verschiedenen Ländern und Bereichen – wir sind entweder Studierende oder Berufstätig. Die Wohnung ist groß und bietet genug Platz für alle. Neben den Schlafzimmern gibt es eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, zwei Bäder (eins mit Badewanne, eins mit Dusche) und ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer.
Lage:
Die Wohnung liegt in Giesing, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom U1 Wettersteinplatz entfernt. Von dort aus bist du in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. In der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte, Bäckereien und nette Cafés.
Zu uns:
Unsere WG ist international und wir sprechen hauptsächlich Englisch. Jeder hat seinen eigenen Alltag, aber wir genießen es, auch mal zusammen zu kochen, einen Spieleabend zu machen oder zusammen auszugehen.
Sonstiges:
Die Miete beträgt 770€ warm, inklusive aller Nebenkosten (Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Internet). Die Kaution beträgt 1500€. Das Zimmer ist ab dem 20.11 verfügbar.

Hello everyone,
A room in our vibrant 8-person shared apartment is becoming available! The room is about 15 m², bright, and unfurnished, so you can decorate it to your own taste. It has a large window that lets in plenty of natural light.
About the WG and Apartment:
Our shared apartment consists of eight people from different countries and backgrounds – some of us are students, others are working a job. The apartment is spacious and has enough room for everyone. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, two bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower), and a shared living room.
Location:
The apartment is located in Giesing, just a 5-minute walk from the U1 Wettersteinplatz station. From there, you can be in the city center in 10 minutes. There are supermarkets, bakeries, and cozy cafés nearby.
About Us:
Our WG is international, and we mostly speak English. Everyone has their own daily routine, but we enjoy cooking together, having game nights, or going out every now and then.
Other Details:
The rent is €770 including all utilities (heating, water, electricity, internet). The deposit is €1500. The room is available from November 20th.
