Zum zweiten Dezember ziehe ich aus unserer 4er-WG aus, und wir sind auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitbewohner oder einer neuen Mitbewohnerin. Das Zimmer ist zunächst befristet, es gibt aber die Möglichkeit einer Verlängerung oder der Übernahme der Wohnung als WG. Genaueres können wir dann im Gespräch besprechen. :)
Das Zimmer ist recht groß, gut geschnitten und hat drei große Fenster nach Süden und Westen. Es hat die typischen hohen Altbaudecken und Parkettboden. Die Ablöse ist für die folgenden Möbel, die ich im Zimmer lasse:
Schreibtisch, Rollcontainer, Wandregale, Kallax-Raumtrenner, Couchtisch, ausziehbare Couch, 1,40 m Bett und großer Kleiderschrank.

I will be moving out of our shared flat with 4 people on the second of December and we are looking for a new flatmate. The room is initially temporary, but there is the possibility of an extension or taking over the flat as a shared flat. We can discuss more details in a meeting. :)
The room is quite large, well laid out and has three large windows facing south and west. It has the typical high ceilings of old buildings and parquet flooring. The transfer fee is for the following furniture, which I will leave in the room:
Desk, mobile pedestal, wall shelves, Kallax room divider, coffee table, pull-out couch, 1.40 m bed and large wardrobe.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Durch S-Bahn, U-Bahn, zwei Tramlinien und diverse Buslinien ist sie sehr gut angebunden. Die Stammstrecke Donnersbergerbrücke ist etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, genauso wie der Rotkreuzplatz. Die Tram- und Bushaltestelle Donnersbergerstraße ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Am Hauptbahnhof ist man in etwa 10 Minuten, am Marienplatz in etwa 15 Minuten.

The apartment is very centrally located. It is well connected by S-Bahn, U-Bahn, two tram lines, and several bus lines. The Donnersbergerbrücke station on the main line is about a 10-minute walk away, as is Rotkreuzplatz. The Donnersbergerstraße tram and bus stop is just a 3-minute walk away. You can reach the main train station in about 10 minutes and Marienplatz in about 15 minutes.
Die WG bestand bisher aus 4 Personen, die alle nett, offen und gesellig sind. Es wird also nach einer Person gesucht, die auch so ist. In der WG werden verschiedene Sprachen gesprochen, Deutsch, Englisch, Spanish und Französisch. Englisch ist aber sicherlich das alltäglichste. Wir haben eine Reinigungskraft, die jede Wochen kommt und die Gemeinschaftsräume der WG putzt. Dafür zahlen wir jede Woche 30€, das sind 30 € Pro Person alle 4 Wochen.

The shared apartment has consisted of 4 people who are all friendly, open, and sociable. So we are looking for someone with a similar vibe. Various languages are spoken in the apartment: German, English, Spanish, and French, but English is certainly the most common for everyday use. We have a cleaner who comes every week to clean the shared spaces of the apartment, for which we each pay €30 ever four weeks.
Schreib bitte ein paar Worte über dich, was du in München machst, ab wann du einziehen möchtest und ob die Übernahme der Möbel für dich OK sind. Immer gerne noch ein Bild mitschicken :)
