Shared flat. ONE person only in the most beautiful area in Munich.
Beautiful, sunny room with garden-view in a big, stylish appartment.
I live in this appartment.
You have a queen size bed, chest of drawers, place for your own warderobe hanger, of course a table and chairs as working place if needed, too.
The room feels airy and big due to the super high ceiling of over 3.2 m and two windows.
The center of life in my house is the nice big and comfy kitchen/living.
This is one of the most dreamy and beautiful places in Munich, our home is where others come for holidays with the Nymphenburg Palace and Channel literally around the corner.
Trams 12 (Hubertusstrasse), 16 and 17 plus the Bus 52 (all Romanplatz) can be reached within a few minutes walk, to the next underground or S-Bahn 4 tram stops. Shopping at Romanplatz (close walking distance) or Rotkreuzplatz, only a few minutes walking to the beautiful Nymphenburg Park (jogging, walking etc)
When you're looking for life quality in a relaxing surrounding at a reasonable price you'll be pretty happy here, I think.

As a person I am an aesthete, try to enjoy life, create some art and keep growing/ learning. I cook rather mediterranean, listen to 'world music' - love discussing with smart people.
Sometimes I work long hours partly at home office, and go out gladly (live concerts, hiking, at the lakeside) - presently at a somewhat reduced level. Now it's more sculpting and painting.
The period is limited to 4 maximum 6 weeks. Earliest is October 20 (flex) - November on full month basis only - latest Dec 15 (flex) .
No KVR. Formal contract in writing.
A flat rate for regular thorough cleaning, bed covers and towels (using mine or washing yours), pre / post prep of the room
is charged 80 EUR for up to 6 weeks , to be deducted at the end of contract. Daily cleaning of shared areas is shared ☺️ and each if us takes care of his own room.
My ideal roommate is a relaxed person who takes responsibility for keeping the area clean and in good order also without a strict "cleaning plan" ☺️
