As I'm moving out with my girlfriend, a spacious room of 15.7 square meters is available in a 4-person shared apartment. The room will be available starting from early September, with the exact date to be defined.
The room will include a wardrobe, as part of the initial furniture (as in the picture). I will be leaving a bed, with a mattress, a small sofa (which are not the one in the picture!), a small cupboard and a coat rack for 90€ in total.
The apartment is situated in a well-connected area, with U-Bahn (U2, U8), bus, tram, and S-Bahn stations just a 5-minute walk away. Additionally, the neighborhood is conveniently located near supermarkets and various shops, including Edeka, HIT, DM, Aldi.
We are now since 2 years a mixed WG of 2 girls and 2 boys and we would like to keep it that way.
Two other flatmates are moving out as well, so Basil will be the last survivor of the apartment! He is a gym rat, loves to dance, speaks fluently English and Russian and would like to have someone to practice German as well. You can find him on Mondays on roller evenings!
