In Planung befindet sich aktuell ein Anbaubalkon zum ruhigen Innenhof, der vermutlich im Frühjahr 2025 entstehen würde. Der Zugang zum Balkon ist über die Küche geplant. Dies ist jedoch nur unter Vorbehalt, da die Planung aktuell noch beim Architekten liegt.
