Hello! I am subletting my room for at minimum 3 months! I am looking for somebody who can move in as soon as possible.
-750 Euro is the total price including everything.
-The room is equipped with everything, including the bed, desk, chair, and clothing storage.
-Kitchen utensils are shared, and fully available. You will have space to store your food in the fridge and also have space to store your food in the kitchen cabinets.
-The house is about 3 minutes walking distance away from Giesing Bahnhof (S3-U7-U2-U7-U8). There are also different buses that you can travel to and from the city.
-We are students at TUM but we would welcome full-time workers as well.
-Viewing is possible both online and on-site.
-The room is free until 31.03.2025 and depending on the circumstances we can extend for further months.
