Das Einzugsdatum ist etwas variabel und kann schon Anfang Januar erfolgen. Das Zimmer ist gut geschnitten und sehr hell. Es hat eine Schräge, ist aber bis zur Wand komplett nutzbar und wirkt daher eines größer. An den Fenstern sind Blenden, falls du das Sonnenlicht scheust. Das Zimmer zeigt Richtung Garten - vom Verkehr bekommst du also nicht viel mit.
Folgende Möbel würden drin bleiben:
• großer Schrank,
• ausziehbares Bett (2m x 80cm auf 1,60m),
• Schreibtischstühle und
• ein Tisch
Insgesamt würde sich der Abschlag dafür auf 300 EUR belaufen.

The room is available now and we can agree on an individual moving day.
The room is well laid out and very bright. It has an inclined roof, but can be used completely up to the window, so it seems bigger as it is. In case you need to block the sunlight, there are also blinds on the window, which overlooks a garden (it is really lovely at any time of the year).

Die Lage ist einfach super! Wir sind im Zone M und mit den Öffentlichen kommst du in 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt. In 2 Minuten bist du am Bus 145, mit dem du in 8 Minuten am Ostbahnhof bist. Der Nachtbus bringt dich nach einer wilden Partynacht einmal die Stunde fast direkt vor die Haustür. Zum Giesinger Bf sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Die S3 bringt man direkt nach Holzkirchen, wo die Züge in die Alpen gut verbunden sind (von der Wohnung nach Schliersee oder Tegernsee dauert es knapp eine Stunde). Edeka, Lidl, DM, Sparkasse, Apotheke, clever fit, Rewe, FitStar und die beste Eisdiele der Welt sind quasi ums Eck. Parks zum Joggen und das Michaelibad sind auch schnell erreichbar. Was will man mehr ;)
The location is perfect! We are in the M zone, around 20 minutes from the city centre with great connections. The bus stop for 145 bus is 2 minutes away and you can reach Ostbahnhof in 8 minutes. There is also a night bus bringing any party animals almost straight to the door! Giesinger Bf is only a few minutes walk away with S3 bringing you directly to Holzkirchen, which has great connections for the trains going to the Alps (it takes just under an hour to get from the flat to Schliersee or Tegernsee). Edeka, Lidl, DM, Sparkasse, Apotheke, clever fit, Rewe, FitStar and the best ice cream parlor in the world are practically around the corner. Parks for jogging and the Michaelibad are also within easy reach. What more do you want 😉

Wir sind international, das heißt wir sprechen Englisch miteinander. Zwei Jungs (Vietnam und Indien) und ein Mädel aus Russia könnten bald deine neuen Mitbewohner sein. Wir sitzen gerne Mal am Abend zusammen in unserem Wintergarten, trinken Wein, schnabulieren Käse und machen Spielabende. Ab und zu kochen wir gemeinsam - immer ein Highlight, wenn jeder aus seiner Heimat sein Lieblingsgericht kocht. Wir sind nicht extrem pingelig was Ordnung angeht, aber natürlich ist uns ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit wichtig, damit sich alle wohlfühlen.
We are international, that means we speak English with each other. Two boys (Vietnam and India) and a girl from Russia could soon be your new roommates. We like to sit together in our winter garden in the evening, drink wine, eat cheese and play boardgames. Every now and then we cook together - always a highlight when everyone from their homeland cooks their favorite dish. We are not extremely picky about order, but of course a certain degree of cleanliness is important to us so that everyone feels comfortable.

Das beste überhaupt... wir haben nicht nur eine Spülmaschine, die uns öfter mal das Leben rettet, sondern auch einen Sandwichmaker, eine Mikrowelle, einen Ofen, Kaffeevollautomat und einen Toaster… Im gemeinschaftlichen Keller gibt es etwas Stauraum, den Fahrrad kannst du im Fahrradkeller (oder draußen) abstellen und im Wäscheraum deine Wäsche trocknen. Außerdem ist es praktisch, dass wir neben dem Badezimmer noch ein zusätzliches Gäste-WC haben.
The best of all ... we not only have a dishwasher, which saves our lives from time to time, but also a sandwich-maker, a microwave, an oven, Coffee machine and a toaster... You can store some boxes in the communal basement, place your bike in the bike-basement and dry your laundry in the laundry room. Also practical is, that we have two toilets (one in the main bathroom and one small guest WC). Moreover, the have a small extra "room" for extra storage in the flat.
