I’m sadly moving out of my room in our shared WG, so we’re looking for a new tenant! My room is 20m² and costs €736 warm (all utilities included). The room is already furnished including curtains, a bed, a chest of 3 drawers, a bedside table, an open clothing rack, a desk, a desk lamp, and an office chair.
The apartment itself has also has a basement with a lot of storage options and outside (covered) bike storage.
Our apartment is perfectly situated, just a 2-minute walk from Giesinger Bahnhof in a quiet side street. The public transport connections are unbeatable, with the S-Bahn, U-Bahn, bus, and streetcar all right outside the door.
Everything you might need—pharmacies, supermarkets, DM, and more—is within walking or cycling distance. In summer, the Isar is just a 10-minute bike ride away, or you can hop on an S-Bahn and quickly reach the mountains for a getaway.
Currently, Sebastian, Fernando, and Maria are living here. Fernando recently completed his Master’s at TUM and is now job hunting, while Sebastian is set to start his Master’s in Journalism this February.
We all lead pretty busy lives and are often out and about, so it’s rare that we’re all home at the same time. However, when we do cross paths, we enjoy spending time together—whether it’s hanging out in the flat or going out for dinner.
We would prefer someone who already has experience of living in a shared flat and with whom you can spend both active and relaxed hours.
