Ich bin den ganzen Mai in Brasilien und suche deswegen eine*n Mieter*in zur Zwischenmiete. Mein Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und alle wichtigen Möbel stehen zur Verfügung. Wär schön wenn du Pflanzen gern hast, denn ich würde meine in deiner Obhut lassen. Alle Schränke und Kommoden werde ich ausräumen, sodass du genug Platz für deine eigenen Sachen hast.

I’ll be in Brazil for the entire month of May, so I’m looking for someone to sublet my room during that time. My room is very cozy, and all the essential furniture is available. It would be great if you like plants, as I’d leave mine in your care. I’ll empty out all the cupboards and drawers, so you’ll have plenty of space for your own things.
Die Lage der Doppelhaushälfte ist super! In zwei Minuten ist man an der 19 Tram (Station Westbad), die sogar nachts fährt und durch die komplette Innenstadt. Am Westbad fahren außerdem Busse in alle Richtungen. In Pasing ist man in außerdem 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß.
The location of the house is excellent! It's just a two-minute walk to the 19 tram (Westbad station), which operates even at night and goes through the entire city center. Additionally, there are buses to various directions from Westbad. Moreover, you can reach Pasing within a 10-15 minute walk.
Wir haben die WG im November 2022 gegründet und sind extrem zufrieden mit unserem WG Leben. Wir sind definitiv keine Zweck WG, was dich aber nicht abschrecken soll, solltest du eher deine Ruhe wollen (will ich auch sehr oft :D). Wir haben einen wöchentlichen Putzplan, bei dem jede*r nur kleine Aufgaben zu erledigen hat. Wir gerne feiern, essen manchmal mehr und manchmal weniger zusammen und sind alle relativ sportlich. Komm einfach vorbei, dann lernst du uns und vor allem meine drei Mitbewohner*innen kennen.
We founded our shared apartment in November 2022, and we’re super happy with our living situation. We’re definitely not a purely functional shared flat, but don’t let that scare you off if you prefer peace and quiet (I often do too :D). We have a weekly cleaning schedule where everyone only has small tasks to take care of. We enjoy partying, sometimes eat together more often and sometimes less, and we’re all pretty into sports. Just come by, and you’ll get to know us—and especially my three flatmates!
