You are only 5 minutes away from Pasing's Marienplatz, where there are several stores as well as additional connections to buses and streetcars to reach your destinations. In Pasing you will find all shopping facilities in the Pasing Arcaden as well as many stores and cafés. The Pasing City Park is just around the corner and the highway is also within easy reach.

Ich freue mich auf einen netten, respektvollen Mitbewohner, der es versteht, gesellig zu sein, aber gleichzeitig respektiert, dass man seine Privatsphäre und Zeit für sich selbst haben möchte. Ich hatte schon mehrere Nationalitäten und Altersgruppen, die bei mir gewohnt haben. Es ist wichtig, eine große offene Kommunikation und das Teilen der Verantwortlichkeiten des WG-Lebens (gleiche Ebene der Reinigung, Recycling usw.). Ich arbeite 100% von zu Hause aus, daher bevorzuge ich jemanden, der in das Büro / Universität gehen muss.

I am looking for a nice, respectful roommate who knows how to be sociable but at the same time respects that you want your privacy and time to yourself. I have had several nationalities and age groups living with me. It's important to have great open communication and sharing the responsibilities of shared living (same level of cleaning, recycling etc). I work 100% from home, so I prefer someone who needs to go into the office/university.
