Bei uns wird in der WG ein schönes helles Zimmer ab sofort frei!
Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert, nach Rücksprache kann es möbliert werden.
Das Zimmer ist in einer Doppelhaushälfte. Eine schöne beleuchtete Massivholztreppe verbindet beide Zimmer miteinander (Erdgeschoss - 1. Stock). Im Erdgeschoss ist direkter Zugang zum privaten Garten, im 1. Stock ist ein Balkon mit Markise, der nur für das Zimmer bestimmt ist.
Im gleichen Geschoss befinden sich ein weiteres Zimmer und ein Badezimmer. Im gesamten Haus haben wir insgesamt drei Bäder, also teilst du dir das Bad mit nur einer weiteren Person.
Das komplette Haus ist schön renoviert und erstreckt sich über drei Stockwerke und Keller. Der Bodenbelag in deinem Zimmer sind Fliesen mit Fußbodenheizung und Echtholzparkett.
Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich auch eine gemütliche Wohnküche mit allem Komfort, den man sich wünscht.
Auch eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine sind vorhanden sowie sehr viel Stauraum im Keller.
Das Highlight ist der Garten, besonders zum Grillen oder Abend ausklingen lassen!

A beautiful, bright room is available immediately in our shared apartment!
The room is unfurnished, but furnishing can be arranged upon request.
It is located in a semi-detached house. A beautifully lit solid wood staircase connects both floors (ground floor – first floor). On the ground floor, there is direct access to a private garden, while on the first floor, there is a balcony with an awning, which is exclusively for this room.
On the same floor, there is another room and a bathroom. In total, the house has three bathrooms, so you will only share yours with one other person.
The entire house has been beautifully renovated and spans three floors plus a basement. Your room has tiled flooring with underfloor heating and real wood parquet.
On the ground floor, there is a cozy eat-in kitchen with all the comforts you could wish for. A washing machine and a dishwasher are also available, as well as plenty of storage space in the basement.
The highlight is the garden – perfect for barbecues or relaxing evenings!
Perfekte Lage in München-Pasing, nur einen Katzensprung vom S-Bahnhof mit ICE-Anschluss, der Tram und einem großen Einkaufszentrum, den Pasing Arcaden entfernt. Weitere Supermärkte sind fußläufig innerhalb 5min zu erreichen. Vom Haus sind es keine 400 Meter zum Bahnhof, von hier bist du in 10 min am Münchner Hauptbahnhof.
Auch schöne Schlossparks, wie das Schloss Blutenburg oder das Schloss Nymphenburg sind nicht weit weg.

Perfect location in Munich-Pasing, only a 5 minute walk from the Pasing S-Bahn station, from there it takes 10 minutes to the Munich central station. A large shopping center, the Pasing Arcaden, and supermarkets are just around the corner.
The castle Blutenburg and Nymphenburg with its big parks are in close range, too.
Nach dem Motto: Alles kann, nichts muss!
Wir sind aber keine Party-WG, da der Großteil von uns am nächsten Morgen schon wieder früh raus zum Arbeiten/Studieren muss.
Wir kochen ab und zu gerne zusammen oder genießen die Sonne im ruhigen Privatgarten, aber es besteht absolut kein Zwang.
Dadurch, dass das Haus auf über 160m² und drei Etagen aufgeteilt ist, hat jeder auch genug Privatsphäre. Auch durch die drei Bäder wird es zu keiner Zeit eng.
Außerdem reinigt unsere Putzfee die Gemeinschaftsräume zwei Mal die Woche.
ENGLISH:
Some of us are already working, others are still studying. Our WG life is very stress-free. Every now and then we like to cook together, have a beer, play cards or enjoy the sun in the quiet private garden, but there is absolutely no force to do so. So if you prefer to have your peace and quiet, that's fine too :)
Because the house is spreading over 160m² and three floors, everyone has enough privacy. Even with the three bathrooms, it never gets crowded.
Our cleaning lady comes twice a week to tidy up the shared rooms.
