I'm leaving for a month and that's why I'm looking for subtenant.
Please notice it is not possible for KVR registration.
This is a 6er student WG with 2 shared bathrooms and a communal kitchen. 1 toilet. There's also a balcony connected to the room.
3 min of walk to Ubahn-Studentenstadt. Edeka and Aldi are at one station next.
Wifi is included in the rent already.
Washing machines are at the basement. 0,5 eur per wash.
you also need to pay for the clothes dryers which located in the basement.
When I move out, there are things that I will leave in the room which you can use and take them away with you when moving out for free (recommended):
1. A very new wifi router (cost 20 eur)
2. Drying rack for clothes (cost 15 eur)
3. further more will be added when I know what I want to leave

Very convenient to go to city centre/LMU/TUM, and Garching.
For groceries, Edeka and Aldi are at one station next (Alte Heide),
or take the bus to the frankfurter ring for rewe and dm in 15 min.
I and my boyfriend are moving out. Though, this ad is for subletting my room only.
By then there will be 1 Egyptian, 2 Germans and 1 Turkish.
StuSta is a community with a lot of events and activities going on,
you can engage in those fun, or enjoy your own solitude.
Rommates are chill, but keeping common place clean is strongly recommended.
