In unserer 4er-WG in Schwabing wird ab dem 03. März ein Zimmer frei, und wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin!
Wir sind eine entspannte, offene WG, in der jede*r sein eigenes Ding macht, aber wir uns auch gut verstehen. Es gibt keine festen Regeln – Hauptsache, man kommt miteinander klar und fühlt sich wohl.
Dein Zimmer ist geräumig mit hohen Decken und großen Fenstern, da wir in einem schönen Altbau wohnen. Es ist bereits möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderschrank und einem Sofa, die unsere Mitbewohnerin da lässt – du kannst sie also übernehmen oder selbst entscheiden, was du damit machst.
Unsere WG liegt im Herzen von Schwabing, einer der schönsten Gegenden Münchens. Alles, was du brauchst, ist direkt um die Ecke:
Supermärkte: Rewe & Penny (4 Min.), DM (2 Min.)
Öffis: U-Bahn Giselastrasse (600m entfernt)
Cafés, Restaurants & Parks sind in der Nähe – perfekte Mischung aus Stadtleben & Entspannung!
Unsere große Küche bekommt morgens viel Sonne – perfekt für einen entspannten Start in den Tag. Es gibt ein Badezimmer und ein separates WC.
Die WG & wir
Wir sind eine offene, entspannte WG, in der jede*r sein eigenes Ding macht, aber wir uns auch gut verstehen. Es gibt keine festen Regeln – Hauptsache, man fühlt sich wohl und respektiert sich gegenseitig.
👩🎓 Yousra (Hannover) – Studiert, liebt Kaffee, Kino, Museen & Fitness. Sie und ich (Joy) haben eine kleine Matcha-Tradition in der Küche – also Bonuspunkt, wenn du auch Matcha magst!
👩🍳 Joy (Bangkok) – Das bin ich! Ich liebe Kochen (besonders asiatisches Essen), Reisen, neue Cafés entdecken & Fitness.
🧑🎤 Herbert – Unser Rentner in der WG. Super freundlich und entspannt, liebt Singen, Kino, Wandern und Kochen. Er lernt gerade Spanisch, also falls du Spanisch sprichst, ist das ein Pluspunkt! Er macht viel für sich, aber wir quatschen oft in der Küche, wenn wir uns dort treffen.
Wir suchen jemanden, der offen, freundlich und unkompliziert ist. Yousra und ich machen manchmal was zusammen, aber jeder hat auch seinen eigenen Rhythmus.

Hey everyone!
A room in our lovely 4-person WG in Schwabing will be available from March 3rd, and we’re looking for a new roommate!
About the WG & the Apartment
Our WG is a mix of different personalities, but we all get along really well and have a relaxed, family-style atmosphere. We don’t have strict rules, just mutual respect and an easy-going vibe.
The apartment is on the first floor of an old building, so we have high ceilings, big windows, and spacious rooms. Your future room already comes with a bed, closet, and a couch, which our current roommate is leaving behind, but you’re free to do with it however you like!
We have a big kitchen that gets beautiful sunshine in the morning, one bathroom, and a separate toilet. Location-wise, we’re in the heart of Schwabing, with Rewe and Penny just 4 minutes away, DM only 2 minutes away, and Giselastrasse U-Bahn 600m from the apartment, so everything you need is super close!
Who We Are
Yousra (from Hannover) has been living here for 3+ years. She’s studying, loves going out for coffee, cinema, museums, and often goes to the gym. She and I (Joy) have a little matcha tradition in the kitchen—so if you love matcha, big plus!
Joy (from Bangkok)—that’s me! I moved in last December. I love cooking (especially Asian food!), exploring coffee spots in the city, traveling, and fitness.
Herbert is retired and the sweetest person ever. He enjoys singing classes, cinema, hiking, and cooking. He mostly does his own thing, but we sometimes catch up in the kitchen for a nice chat.
We’re looking for someone open-minded, friendly, and easy-going, who enjoys a nice, relaxed WG life. Me and Yousra sometimes have matcha afternoons, but there’s no pressure to always do things together—we just let things flow naturally.
