The room is very large (approx. 30 square metres) and has its own balcony. The room currently has a sofa, desk, chair, chest of drawers, bed and mattress and can be left furnished or unfurnished (an additional price for leaving the furniture can be discussed). The flat is located on the 4th floor and has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bathroom (with washing machine and tumble dryer) and an additional toilet.

The flat is located near the centre of Munich and is just a 1-minute walk from the Harras underground station (with U6 and S-Bahn connections). There are many shops, supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.

The flat is currently occupied by myself (British, 32 years old) and two German flatmates; one is 21 and currently studying at LMU, the other is 26 and currently working. Both flatmates speak fluent German and English. The atmosphere in the flat is relaxed and friendly and the flat is kept tidy with a weekly cleaning schedule. We would also be looking for either a student or someone employed full time to join the flat share. Anyone who is tidy and laid back is welcome. Residential registration is also possible. All bills are included in the rent except GEZ.

If you would like to view the apartment please specify a day you are free, I am usualy out of the apartment all day and return around 20:00 in the evening. I am currently in the UK and the room can be viewed from the 13th of January and the move-in date is the 1st of February.
