Servus Wohnungssuchende!
Wir haben ein Zimmer in unserer internationalen 4er WG in bester Lage frei! Die Wohnung ist hell, das Bad ist super groß, und es gibt ein separates WC und… jetzt kommts… einen großen Balkon und eine Terrasse ins Grüne! Bist du auf der Suche nach einem schön möblierten, sauberen Zimmer in einer coolen WG und sozialen Anschluss.... dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! :-)
Das Zimmer hat ca. 20 qm. Es ist komplett möbliert: 140er Bett, großer Schrank, Regal, Schreibtisch, Stuhl usw. Du musst nur noch Bettzeug und Klamotten mitbringen, einziehen und dich wohlfühlen.
Das WG-Leben spielt sich in der gemütlichen Wohnküche ab. Wir haben ein Akustiksegel an der Decke, sodass der Spaß auch in der Küche bleibt und man im eigenen Zimmer seine Ruhe hat. Die Küche ist komplett neu inkl. Spülmaschine. Waschmaschine, Trockner und Trockenraum sind im Keller.
In der Miete von 945 EUR ist bereits alles inklusive: Miete, Nebenkosten, Heizung, Strom und Highspeed Internet. Somit gibt es auch keine gemeinen Nachzahlungen! Kaution ist 2 Monatsmieten.
Die WG ist in der Lipowskystr., also super Zentral aber trotzdem schön ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Essgelegenheiten sind alle zu Fußläufig. Die U6 ist 700 Meter weg und mit ihr bist du in 5 Min in der Stadtmitte. Die Uni oder Bar in Schwabing erreichst du ohne Umsteigen. Generell bist du von hier aus überall recht schnell...
Unsere WG ist eine internationale, spaßige Gemeinschaft von Gleichgesinnten. Komm und sei ein Teil davon! Wir haben genügend Platz für Gesellschaft und Ruhe. Wer seine Ruhe haben will und für sich sein möchte, kann jederzeit in seinem Zimmer chillen. In der Wohnküche wird sicher immer wer sein zum quatschen, gemeinsam kochen, oder mal ein Bierchen oder Wein trinken :-)

Hey all,
we have 1 spare rooms in our beautiful, international 4 people Apartment. The flat got renovated and we have a nic new kitchen. If you are looking for a nicely furnished, clean room in combination with a relaxed social life... you are at the right place!:-)
The room has about 9 sqm. It is fully and stylish furnished: 1,40 m bed, big wardrobe, desk and so on. Everything you need - you just have to bring clothes, your personal belongings and you are ready to move in.
Social life will take place in the comfy kitchen incl. dishwasher. We even have an acoustic sail so the fun stays in the kitchen and you can chill in your room. Washing machine, dryer and drying room are in the cellar.
The rent is 745 EUR a month and includes all costs: rent, utilities, heating, electricity and highspeed internet via WiFi. Deposit is 2x rent.
LOCATION:
The apartment at Lipowskystr so it’s at a great location and very central. Supermarket and other shops are close by. The subway U6 is just 700m away and brings you to the city centre in just 5 minutes. It’s also a direct line to University or to Schwabing for Bars and so on.
COMMUNAL LIFE:
We are a great international and always fun community. Come to us and be a part of it! :-) The thing is, we wanna have a community to always have the choice of having some private time and just chill in your room or to socialize. Our kitchen is the perfect place to chat, cook dinner with, having a beer or glass of wine or to go out and do something.
