Hallo liebe Interessenten und Interessentinnen! (English version below)

Ich möchte mein Zimmer für April und Mai vermieten, weil ich beruflich und für Urlaub 2 Monate nicht hier bin. Das Zimmer ist eigentlich schon jetzt frei falls ein früherer Einzug gewünscht ist.

Das Zimmer ist ~ 14 m^2 groß und hat eine große Fensterfläche Richtung Westen. Es ist damit den ganzen Tag über sehr hell und Nachmittags scheint auch die Sonne direkt in das Zimmer. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer ist eher schlicht gehalten, das notwendigste sollte aber vorhanden sein: Schreibtisch, 2xKommode, Kleiderhaken, Pflanz. Matratze + Lattenrost und ein Auszieh-Sofa.

Außerdem gibt es in der Wohnung noch ein kleines Vorzimmer mit Einbauschrank und Schuhablage, eine Küche mit einem schönen kleinen Balkon, natürlich ein Badezimmer und ein weiteres Zimmer in dem dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner sein wird. Aktuell wohnt hier David (31) Journalist, er wird für eine zeitlang im April/Mai auf reisen sein.

I want to sublet my room for April and May because I will not be in Munich because of vacation and work. The room is already free from March 18th if an earlier move-in date is preferred.

The room is ~ 14 m^2 and has a large window area facing west. It is therefore very bright throughout the day and the sun shines directly into the room in the afternoon. The furniture in the room is kept relatively simple, but the most necessary should be present: a desk, 2*dresser, coat hooks, plants, mattress + frame, and a sofa-bed.

In addition, there is a small anteroom with a built-in wardrobe and shoe storage, a kitchen with a nice little balcony, of course, a bathroom, and another room in which your future roommate will be. Currently, David (31) journalist lives here, but he will not be in the room all the time because of his holiday travels.

Die Wohnung liegt schön im Grünen, wenn man gerne draußen ist dann ist das sicher optimal. Aber auch das Zentrum ist schnell zu erreichen bis zur U-Bahn und Bussen am Candidplatz sind es nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß (oder mit dem Bus).

Internet ist vorhanden, außerdem auch eine Waschmaschine und im Keller gibt es auch einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine + Trockner. Für die Fahrräder gibt es einen Abstellplatz direkt vor dem Haus.
