Hello!

I am an incoming summer exchange student at TUM from Singapore, and together with my friend, we are looking for a 2-bedroom accommodation (either a shared apartment or a 2-bedroom unit) from April to August 2025. Ideally, we’d love a place near the university for convenience.

We are both responsible, tidy, and respectful tenants who will take great care of the space. Cleanliness and organization are important to us, and we will make sure to keep the apartment in excellent condition. Our lifestyle is calm and considerate, making us easygoing tenants.

In our free time, we enjoy going to the theatre, exploring the city, and meeting friends. We are non-smokers, have no pets, and value a peaceful living environment.

Ich bin ein angehender Austauschstudent an der TUM aus Singapur, und mein Freund und ich suchen eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (entweder eine WG oder eine eigenständige 2-Zimmer-Wohnung) zur Miete von April bis August 2025. Am liebsten wäre uns eine Unterkunft in der Nähe der Universität, aber wir sind für verschiedene Optionen offen.

Wir sind beide verantwortungsbewusste, ordentliche und rücksichtsvolle Mieter, die großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und ein gepflegtes Wohnumfeld legen. Wir behandeln unsere Umgebung mit Sorgfalt und sorgen dafür, dass die Wohnung in einwandfreiem Zustand bleibt. Unser Lebensstil ist ruhig und rücksichtsvoll, sodass wir unkomplizierte Mitbewohner sind.

In unserer Freizeit gehen wir gerne ins Theater, erkunden neue Orte und verbringen Zeit mit Freunden. Wir sind Nichtraucher, haben keine Haustiere und schätzen eine ruhige Wohnatmosphäre.
