Das Zimmer ist hell und ruhig, Fenster gehen zum Innenhof hinaus.
In 50 Metern ist die U-Bahn/Tramstation Scheidplatz zu erreichen. Gegenüber liegt der Eingang des Luitpoldpaks. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in der Nähe.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären ich (34 Jahre) und Marlon (22 Jahre) sowie die zwei bezaubernden Kätzchen Mukki und Arielle. Marlon wird uns Ende März verlassen, wodurch sich die Konstellation erneut verändern wird. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind hier allerdings Dauergäste. Die Küche verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler und ist bestens ausgestattet für Koch- und Backsessions. Gerne gemeinsam wie auch andere Unternehmungen, wobei natürlich jeder seinen Raum für Rückzug und Privatsphäre hat, ganz nach dem Motto „alles kann, nichts muss“ :)
Das Zimmer kann auch für einen kürzeren Zeitraum gemietet werden.
