Hallo liebe Wg-Zimmer-Suchenden!
In unserer schönen 2er-Wg wird ab Mitte Oktober ein möbiliertes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Es wird samt Bett, Schrank und Kleiderstange vermietet und bietet daher ordentlich Stauraum.
Zwischen den Schlafzimmern befindet sich unser schönes Wohnzimmer. Unsere charmante vollausgestattete Küche hat einen Tisch, an dem man gemütlich je nach Laune Essen, Kaffee und Spritzer trinken kann. Wir haben ein großes Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine.

We are renting out a furnished room in our beautiful 2-bed flat from mid-October 24 until March 25. It is rented including bed, wardrobe and clothes rail and therefore offers plenty of storage space.
Inbetween the bedrooms is our Living Room. Our charming, fully equipped kitchen has a table where you can eat, drink coffee and have a drink depending on your mood. We also have a large bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
Die Lage ist 1a, 5 Min von der Ubahn Station Sendlinger Tor direkt mitten im Glockenbach. Du hast hier alles was das Herz begehrt direkt vor der Haustür. Zahlreiche Bars, Kafffees, Isar und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe.
The location is great, 5 minutes from the Sendlinger Tor subway station right in the middle of Glockenbach. You have everything your heart desires right on your doorstep. Numerous bars, cafés, the Isar and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.

Da Elena ab Oktober und ich nächstes Jahr ein paar Monate reisen suchen wir jemanden zur Zwischenmiete.
Du würdest vor allem mit mir, Gabriela (28), zusammenwohnen. Ich bin Psychologin und arbeite seit einem Jahr Vollzeit in der Wohnungslosenhilfe. Ich bin immer für eine Runde Tischtennis, Brunch, einen Spaziergang oder sonst irgendeinen Blödsinn zu haben.
Der WG-Alltag bei uns ist recht entspannt und locker. Wir unternehmen gerne mal was zusammen, aber wir lassen uns auch unseren Freiraum. Eine guter und freundschaftlicher Vibe ist uns wichtig. Alles kann, nichts muss.

As Elena will be traveling from October and I will be traveling for a few months next year, we are looking for someone to rent inbetween.
You would mainly live with me, Gabriela (28). I'm a psychologist and have been working full-time in homelessness services for a year. I'm always up for a game of table tennis, brunch, a walk or any other kind of nonsense.
Everyday life in our shared flat is quite relaxed and easy-going. We like to do things together, but we also give each other our own space. A good and friendly vibe is important to us.
