The apartment is literally 15 seconds away from U3: Furstenried-West station on foot.
All u-bans depart every 5 minutes on weekdays that take you to Sendlinger Tor or Marienplatz in 15 - 17 minutes.
The flat is on the 1st floor, it has an elevator, loundry room and 2 dryer rooms.
The apartment is in a complex with views of a green spaces, viseable from all rooms.
Rewe, Penny, Rossman and Pharmacy are just around the corner.
The gym (FitX) in 10 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by bus.
On Saturdays there is a public bazaar, selling fresh fruits and vegies, opening in front of Rewe.
We value friendship and open communication and would love to hang out in our free time, but we also respect personal space and independence. We're looking for a clean, respectful, and non-smoking flatmate who enjoys WG life as much as we do.

My girlfriend and I have recently moved into a beautiful apartment in Fürstenried-West, and we're excited to find a friendly WG member to join us in the 3rd room!
We're both Master's students at TUM and also working, so we balance studying, working, and enjoying life. Here's what you can expect from the place:
- Your room is fully furnished, cozy at 16 m², with a lovely view of the green space outside. You’ll just need to bring your personal belongings.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge, oven, stove, and dishwasher.
- We have a smaller 8 m² room, which we use as a home office/guest room.
- There’s also a 4 m² storage room for extra things.
The location is super convenient! We’re literally 15 seconds away from the U3 (Fürstenried-West), and trains run every 5 minutes on weekdays, getting you to Sendlinger Tor or Marienplatz in just 15–17 minutes.
The apartment is on the 1st floor, and we have an elevator, a laundry room, and two dryer rooms. Plus, we’re surrounded by green spaces, which are visible from every room. Nearby, you’ll find Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, a pharmacy are just around the corner, and FitX gym is 10 minutes away by walking or 3 minutes by bus.
