Hi,

ich (Lukas) vermiete mein Zimmer für einige Monate. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, möbiliert und gut ausgestattet.
Ihr werdet mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Anna zusammenleben, sie ist 24 und supercool.

Das Zimmer ist groß und hell. Die Einrichtung bleibt zurück, sodass ihr euch eigentlich um nichts kümmern müsst.

Die Wohnung ist groß (ca 105m²) und dank der Decken lichtdurchflutet.
Mein Highlight ist das Wohnzimmer mit einem Ausblick auf den Baldeplatz und die Isar.

Anna arbeitet meistens im Büro, ist aber abends und an den Wochenenden offen für Gesellschaft und auch für das ein oder andere Bier oÄ.
Sie würde sich freuen euch kennen zu lernen, im besten Fall persönlich, aber auch per Videocall.

Unter Absprache kann das Zimmer möglicherweise auch länger bezogen werden.

I (Lukas) am renting out my room in our beautiful apartment. The apartment is quite large, fully furnished and well equipped.

Your room is a nice, bright room in which I'll leave you everything that's currently there.
Big bed, large clothes rail, Sheets, cupboard, etc. are available and you are sharing our nice living room with my super cool flatmate, Anna.
Anna is 24y old and likes ypga.

The apartment is very large and bright with about 105 square meters, and My highlight is our living room with a view of Baldeplatz, over the bridge and river.

With a separate bathroom and toilet in new condition, and all the very spacious rooms and kitchen, and because Anna has to go to the Office, we hardly get in each other's way. I would describe the facilities as upscale and very well equipped and of course, you can use everything.

My roommate Anna would welcome you, would be happy to jump on a Video call with you and maybe you could stay there a little bit longer than end of June 2025.
