My large, fully furnished room with two windows and great natural light is available in our lovely WG as I will go travelling and then move away from munich. The place is super comfy, with a modern kitchen, two bathrooms, and a spacious hallway.
The room has a double bed, desk, sofa and storage for clothes.
The room is available from February on. If things go well it’s for long term.

Das Zimmer hat ein Doppelbett, einen Schreibtisch, ein Sofa und Stauraum für Kleidung.
Das Zimmer ist ab Februar verfügbar. Wenn es gut läuft, ist das Zimmer auch langfristig zu vermieten, da ich nach meiner Reise von München wegziehen werde. Die Möbel stehen zum Kauf zur Verfügung (optional)
The flat is a few minutes walk from the Poccistrasse ubahn stop and and 10-15 minute cycle to the Hauptbahnhof.
Edeka, Penny, Rewe and Alnatura are all within a short walking distance.

You’ll be living with Lorenz and Anna. Lorenz is working on his PhD in physics. Anna is a doctor and usually out of town working during the week and at the flat on weekends.
Lorenz enjoys climbing, cooking and trips to the mountains with friends. Anna loves music, dance and travelling.They're both easygoing and social. As a flat, we enjoy hanging out—whether it’s cooking dinner together, grabbing drinks, or catching a concert. We’re looking for someone who’s friendly and actively enjoys shared living.

Du wirst mit Lorenz und Anna zusammenleben. Lorenz arbeitet an seiner Doktorarbeit in Physik. Anna ist Ärztin und arbeitet normalerweise unter der Woche außerhalb der Stadt und ist am Wochenende in der Wohnung.
Lorenz klettert gerne, kocht gerne und unternimmt gerne Ausflüge mit Freunden in die Berge. Anna liebt Musik, Tanzen und Reisen, beide sind unkompliziert und gesellig. Als WG unternehmen wir gerne etwas zusammen - sei es, dass wir gemeinsam kochen, etwas trinken gehen oder uns ein Konzert ansehen. Wir suchen jemanden, der freundlich ist und das gemeinsame Leben aktiv genießt.
