I am unfortunately leaving one month earlier than I originally planned and therefore my room would be available for this one month.

The room is fully furnished, with a nice interior design, and is very comfortable to live in. All the furniture are in good and functioning condition, and are clean. The heating also works very well, especially since the walls are well insulated.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and cookware for cooking. And the bathroom is also very clean and is equipped with a washing machine.

And there is also a balcony, with a table and chairs, where you can get some fresh air.

The apartment is located across the street from Olympia-Einkaufszentrum (1min walk), where you can do your grocery shopping and beyond. This is also where you have access to both U1 and U3. So beside alle the nearby bus stations there are also these two U-bahn lines within 2-3min walking distance, which makes the location quite convenient in terms of public transport and access.

My flatmate is a doctor working at the clinic. So she is not at home for the most part of the day. She is also working some of the weekends, so there is a very high chance that you will not hang out much during this short period. But otherwise, she is very nice and uncomplicated and when she has the time and energy she enjoys a nice chat or doing something (e.g. cooking) together :)
