14 m2 room in ~50m2 apartment. The room is furnished with a 140 x 200 cm bed, drawer, wardrobe, bookshelves, desk and chair. Is well-sized for one person and receives a lovely light from outside during afternoon hours.

The apartment (ground floor) is warm and welcoming; it has a small entrance, a bathroom with a huge shower, 2 rooms and a big shared kitchen with oven, microwave and dishwasher. A dining table and a sofa complete the cozy atmosphere. The heating is independent and can be adjusted based on the exigence of the flatshare.
There is a private washing machine in the basement and a extra small storage room.

Exceptional location (Kantstrasße; 80807) in a peaceful and green neighbourhood: 5 minutes to U3 (Petuelring), U2 (Milbertshofen), and tram 27.
