Gemütliches Zimmer (16qm) mit großer Fensterfront in Penthouse WG im renovierten Altbau.
Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock und zweigeschossig. Sie wurde im April 2023 renoviert. Dein Zimmer liegt im unteren Geschoss der Wohnung. Im unteren Geschoss befindet sich der Wohn-, Ess- und Küchenbereich, ein Bad mit Badewanne und die Zimmer von Jonas und Elia. Im oberen Geschoss wohnen Lena und Tuba und dort befindet sich ein zweites Badezimmer.
Cozy Room (16qm) with big windows in renovated Penhouse shared flat. The flat is on 4th level and consists of two storeys. It was renovated in April 2023. Your room is dowanstairs. Downstairs we have a kitchen and living area, a bathroom with a bathtub and the rooms of Jonas and Elia. On the upper level are the rooms of Lena and Tuba and also a second bathroom.
Unsere WG liegt sehr gut angebunden. Quasi direkt vor der Haustür (3min zu Fuß) liegt die U-Bahnstation Silberhornstraße (U1/U2/U7). Mit der U2 ist man in ca. 5 min am Sendlinger Tor (Von dort kann in die U3/U6 umgestiegen werden) und in 6 min am Hauptbahnhof. zusätzlich haben wir die Tram- (25) und Bushaltestelle Silberhornstraße ebenfalls vor der Haustür.
Edeka, Penny, Netto, DM und Apotheken sind auch nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Außerdem gibt es auch einen Rewe ca. 10 min entfernt.
Our flat is in a prime location. The Station Silberhornstraße (U1/U2/U7) is basically right out the door. You are in 5 min at Sendlinger Tor (U3/U6) and in 6 min at the central station with the underground. The Tram 25 and the Bus X30 stop there as well. There are severeal Supermarkets (Edeka, Penny, Netto, DM, Pharmacy) within 5 min.
Deine Mitbewohner sind alle nett und freundlich. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG. Am Wochenende oder unter der Woche gehen sie öfter zusammen in die Stadt, gehen zusammen Ski fahren, im Sommer an die Isar oder verbringen einen entspannten Filmeabend daheim.
Deine Mitbewohner:
Tuba (26): studiert Business Engineering im Master an der TUM. Sie wohnt im oberen Geschoss und macht gerne Sport.
Lena (23): studiert Chemie im Master an der TUM und wohnt ebenfalls oben. Sie macht gerne abwechslungsreiche Sportarten (Basketball, skiing, dancing) und trinkt gerne guten Kaffee
Elia (26): arbeitet als Development Engineer. Er geht ins Gym und im Sommer oft an der Isar zu finden. Er reist gerne und war im Januar Backpacken in Sri Lanka
Jonas (28): arbeitet als Consultant bei Siemens. Er fährt gerne Fahrrad und ist immer für Freizeitaktivitäten zu haben. Er reist auch gerne und war letztes Jahr Backpacken in Indonesien.
Your Flatmates are nice and sociable. They like to go out together on weekends, going skiing, hanging aout at the isar in the summer and doing movie nights together.

Jonas (28): works as a consultant at Siemens. He likes cycling and is always up for leisure activities. He also enjoys traveling and went backpacking in Indonesia last year.
Es gibt einen Innenhof, wo Fahrräder abgestellt werden können.
Die Miete beträgt 800€ mit allen Nebenkosten. gemeinschaftliche Anschaffungen wie Waschmittel, Putzmittel etc werden in der WG aufgeteilt. Es gibt einen Putzplan für die gemeinsam genutzten Flächen. Im unteren Bad ist auch eine Waschmaschine.
Das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert übergeben. Im Zimmer bleiben das Bett und der Schreibtisch. Als Ablöse sind 500€ für die Möbel und die gemeinschaftlichen Anschaffungen in der WG zu zahlen.
Die Einzugsdaten können auch ein bisschen variiert werden, je nachdem was dir besser passt.
There is a courtyard where you can leave your bike.
The rent is 825€ with all additional costs included. Shared expenses like washing powder, cleaning products etc. are shared within the flat. We have a cleaning plan for the common space. There is also a washing machine in the downstairs bathroom.
The room will be rented partially furnished. The bed, desk and the sunblinds remain in the room. A transfer fee of €650 has to be payed for the furniture and communal purchases in the shared flat.
The move-in dates can be changed slightly, depending on what suits you better.
