The room has ca. 14 sqm, a beautiful south-west facing window-wall as well as direct access to one of the balconies of the flat.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße am Leonrodplatz, 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu den nächsten Tram/ Bushaltestellen, mit denen man super schnell zum Hauptbahnhof bzw. in die Innenstadt kommt.
Direkt in der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche coole Cafés, Restaurants und Bars, und auch der Olympiapark ist direkt um die Ecke.

In der 154 Quadratmeter großen Wohnung ist sehr viel Platz für ein harmonisches Miteinander. Sowhol die große Dachterrasse im Sommer als auch der Kamin im Winter laden zu gemütlichen Abenden ein.
Auf dem großen Balkon zun Osten lässt es sich prima in der Sonne frühstücken. Der Südwest Balkon lädt auf ein Aperol am Abend zum Sonnenuntergang ein.

Du wirst mit Nora (34) und Lisa (32) zusammenwohnen. Nora ist Ärztin, macht gerne Sport (Tennis, Beachvolleyball, Surfen) und ist großer Lateinamerika-Fan: Sie war schon viel in den Ländern dort unterwegs und tanzt viel Forró.
Lisa ist Lehrerin für Englisch und Mathematik, spielt viel Volleyball und tanzt sehr gerne. Derzeit ist Lisa auf einer mehrmonatigen Südamerikareise und kommt im Juni wieder. Die Übergangszeit ist Raffa bei uns. Er kocht gerne italienische Gerichte aus seiner Heimat, macht viel Sport und erkundet München und Umgebung.

Unser Zusammenleben ist super entspannt, wir finden uns oft auf einen Ratsch nach der Arbeit in der Küche zusammen, auf ein Glas Aperol auf dem Balkon, eine Netflix Serie am Abend oder für eine kleine Grillparty auf unserer Dachterrasse :) Im Winter lässt es sich auch gemütlich vor dem Kamin aushalten.

The 154-square-meter apartment offers plenty of space for a harmonious living environment. Both the large rooftop terrace in summer and the fireplace in winter invite you to enjoy cozy evenings.
The spacious east-facing balcony is perfect for a sunny breakfast, while the southwest balcony is ideal for an Aperol in the evening at sunset.

You will be living with Nora (34) and Lisa (32). Nora is a doctor, enjoys sports (tennis, beach volleyball, surfing), and is a big fan of Latin America—she has traveled extensively in the region and loves dancing Forró.

Lisa is a teacher for English and Mathematics, plays a lot of volleyball, and loves dancing. She is currently on a several-month trip through South America and will return in June. In the meantime, Raffa is staying with us. He enjoys cooking Italian dishes from his homeland, does a lot of sports, and loves exploring Munich and the surrounding areas.

Our shared living experience is very relaxed. We often get together for a chat in the kitchen after work, enjoy a glass of Aperol on the balcony, watch a Netflix series in the evening, or have a small barbecue party on our rooftop terrace :) In winter, it’s also cozy to sit by the fireplace.

Die Wohnung ist echt ziemlich einzigartig und den Preis wert: Sie ist superhell, sehr kreativ geschnitten und bietet viele schöne Gemeinschaftsräume, ob im Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer, den zwei Balkonen oder der großen Dachterrasse. Außerdem gibt es eine Fußbodenheizung und einen Kamin, was den Winter deutlich erträglicher macht ;)

Wir suchen jemanden, der gut zu uns passt und Lust hat, sich ins WG-Leben einzubringen :)

The flat is really quite special and totally worth its money: It’s full of light and unorthodox design, plus it offers many beautiful common areas with the dining room, the living room, the two balconies and the amazing rooftop. Also, there is floor heating and a fireplace so you won’t winter that much ;)
