Das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert vermietet, mit einem 90x200 cm Bett (ohne Matratze), einem Schreibtisch mit zwei "Ikea Alex"-Schubladen und einem Möbelstück zur Platzierung eines Fernsehers.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete und geräumige Küche sowie ein großes, modernes Badezimmer. Beide Bereiche wurden vor weniger als zwei Jahren renoviert und saniert.

The room has a total area of 13 m² with large windows. Although it does not have curtains, there are already hooks installed to hang them. It has sufficient electrical outlets and a direct internet connection via cable or Wi-Fi. The room is rented partly furnished, including a 90x200 cm bed (without the mattress), a desk with two "Ikea Alex" drawers, and a piece of furniture for placing a TV.
The apartment features a fully equipped and spacious kitchen, as well as a large, modern bathroom. Both areas were renovated and refurbished less than two years ago.

Die Lage könnte nicht zentraler sein. Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Isartor-Bahnhof und der Maximilianstraße entfernt und weniger als 10 Minuten von Marienplatz. Die Möglichkeiten für Einkäufe und soziale Aktivitäten in der Umgebung sind enorm. Nur eine S-Bahn-Station entfernt, am Rosenheimer Platz, gibt es ein kleines Einkaufszentrum mit Aldi, DM und weiteren Geschäften von Interesse.

The location couldn’t be more central. The apartment is just a 3-minute walk from Isartor train station and Maximilianstraße and less than 10 minutes from Marienplatz. The opportunities for shopping and social gatherings in the area are immense. Just one train stop away, at Rosenheimer Platz, there is a small shopping center with Aldi, DM, and other useful stores.

Mein Mitbewohner und ich ziehen beide aus der Wohnung aus, sodass du entweder alleine wohnen wirst oder mit der neuen Person, an die mein Mitbewohner untervermietet.
Generell ist es eine ruhige Nachbarschaft mit ruhigen Bewohnern, daher erwarten wir keine Party-Wohnung. Allerdings liegt es letztendlich an dir und deinem neuen Mitbewohner, wie ihr euer Zusammenleben gestaltet.

My flatmate and I are both moving out of the apartment, so you will either live alone or with the new person my flatmate sublets to.
In general, it is a quiet neighborhood with respectful residents, so we do not expect it to be a party flat. However, in the end, it will be up to you and your new flatmate to decide how you want to live together.
