Zu vermieten ist ein 17m2 großes helles Zimmer in einer voll möblierten 3-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen, nur 2 Minuten vom U-Bahnhof Fürstenried West entfernt. Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Rewe, Penny, Rossmann), Apotheken und Fitnessstudio (FitStar) sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Mietzeitraum ist vom 1. April bis 31. Mai (beide Termine inklusive). Frühzeitiger Einzug möglich, ab März. Die Miete beträgt 650 pro Monat (alles inklusive), die Kaution beträgt 700. Eine Anmeldung ist möglich.

Mitbewohner: Die Wohnung wird mit zwei meiner besten Freunde geteilt. Der eine macht seinen PhD in Computational Biology und der andere beendet seinen MCB Master an der LMU. Sie sind freundlich, nett, verantwortungsbewusst und sehr offen für Gespräche. Ich wende mich an sie, um ehrliche Bewertungen und Meinungen zu erhalten. Sie sind auch ausgezeichnete Köche, in ihrer Küche würde es nicht an Gewürzen fehlen ;). Einer von ihnen singt und spielt Gitarre und macht Latte art. Der andere spielt Fußball und liest. Beide machen gerne Fitness und trainieren.

Ausstattung: Waschmaschine, Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Besteck, Putzmittel, 50MBPS DSL-Internet (in dieser Gegend noch kein Glasfaseranschluss vorhanden, sonst aufrüstbar). Die Wohnung befindet sich im 8. Stock, mit Aufzug und Keller. Stock, mit Aufzug und Keller. Das Zimmer hat auch einen schönen Blick auf die Alpen, zusammen mit viel Licht und Stauraum.

A 17m2 well-lit room is open for rent in a fully furnished 3-bedroom apartment. The apartment is conveniently located just 2 minutes away from Fürstenried West U-Bahn station, with grocery shops (Rewe, Penny, Rossmann), pharmacies, and gym (FitStar) within walking distance. The rental period is from 1st of April to the 31st of May (both dates inclusive). Early move-in possible from March. The rent is 650 per month (all inclusive), the deposit is 700.

Flatmates: The apartment is shared with two best friends of mine, one is doing PhD in computational biology and other is finishing his MCB masters from the LMU. They are kind, nice, responsible and really open to conversations. I go to them for honest reviews and opinions. They are amazing cooks too, there would be no shortage of spices in the kitchen ;). One of them sings and plays guitar. The others play football and reads. Both are in fitness and working out.
