Sadly, our flatmate Laura is moving out, so we're left with an empty, bright 15 square meter room in our Maxvorstadt flat.
Very central location, somewhere between the Königsplatz and Theresienstraße metro (U-Bahn) stations. Approximately 5 minute walk to Theresienstrasse & Königsplatz stations (U2, U8), Stiglmaierplatz (U1, U7, Tram) , 8 minutes walk to TUM Stammgelände, 15 minute walk to Hauptbahnhof.
Very lively area of Munich, and we got some amazing café's and restaurants nearby, pretty much everything from Indian cuisine to vegan Seitan Döner to McDonald's. Careful though, pretty heated arguments in our flat about what's the best falafel place on our street ;)
We are Tim (25) and Fadwa (30). Our flat life is pretty easy-going (Alles kann, nix muss), though we are not looking for a purpose flat share (Zweck-WG) - would be great if we got along well and you're fun to hang out with. Bonus points if you are into sports like ski-touring or others. German is optional.
Unfortunately, Fadwa will move back to Berlin around mid-of April, so there will be another change coming up shortly after. But I am sure we will find a wonderful fresh constellation!
